GhostNumber is a virtual phone number and call management platform that allows users to:
GhostNumber is designed for calling functionality only and does not provide messaging or SMS communication services, except for verification codes required for account security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity associated with their account.
False information, impersonation or unauthorized account access is strictly prohibited.
Phone verification may be required in order to access certain platform features.
Verification messages are used exclusively for security and authentication purposes.
Virtual numbers provided through GhostNumber remain the property of telecommunications providers and may be reassigned, changed or released.
Users do not acquire ownership rights over virtual numbers.
GhostNumber uses third-party telecommunications infrastructure to connect and manage calls.
Call quality, routing and availability may vary depending on carriers, providers, region and network conditions.
GhostNumber does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Some platform features may require an active subscription or paid usage.
Billing is processed through third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
International Number is a wallet-based service. Calls, forwarding, renewals and related usage may be deducted from prepaid wallet credit according to the rates and availability shown in the app.
If wallet balance is not sufficient, GhostNumber may block, reject or end calls to prevent unpaid usage. Rates may vary by country, destination, provider, carrier route and call duration.
eSIM data plans are subject to destination availability, device compatibility, carrier coverage, package size, validity period and provider conditions. Some purchases may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase flows.
Users are responsible for checking device eSIM support before purchasing and for following the installation instructions shown in the app.
Payments for used services, active subscriptions or consumed usage may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Users agree not to use GhostNumber for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
The GhostNumber Community Forum is for product questions, guides, feature requests and customer discussion. Forum posts and replies may be public. Users must not post passwords, payment details, private phone numbers, abusive content, spam, illegal content, impersonation, or emergency requests.
GhostNumber may moderate, hide or remove forum content and may restrict accounts that violate these rules. Community answers are informational and are not official legal, financial, telecommunications or emergency advice.
Certain destinations, premium numbers, emergency numbers or high-risk calls may be restricted or blocked.
Virtual numbers may expire or be released after subscription cancellation, inactivity or unpaid balances.
Released numbers may not be recoverable.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
GhostNumber may process account information, technical data, call metadata and billing information necessary for operating the service.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no system can guarantee complete security.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, technical failures or events outside our control.
GhostNumber is not an emergency telecommunications service and must not be used for emergency calls such as 911 or 112.
GhostNumber and VIV CRYSTAL SRL are not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, call failures, lost numbers, lost business opportunities or data loss resulting from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
