False information, impersonation or unauthorized account access is strictly prohibited.

Verification messages are used exclusively for security and authentication purposes.
Virtual numbers provided through GhostNumber remain the property of telecommunications providers and may be reassigned, changed or released.
Users do not acquire ownership rights over virtual numbers.
GhostNumber uses third-party telecommunications infrastructure to connect and manage calls.
Call quality, routing and availability may vary depending on carriers, providers, region and network conditions.
GhostNumber does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Some platform features may require an active subscription or paid usage.
Billing is processed through third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Payments for used services, active subscriptions or consumed usage may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Users agree not to use GhostNumber for:

Certain destinations, premium numbers, emergency numbers or high-risk calls may be restricted or blocked.
Virtual numbers may expire or be released after subscription cancellation, inactivity or unpaid balances.

GhostNumber may process account information, technical data, call metadata and billing information necessary for operating the service.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no system can guarantee complete security.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, technical failures or events outside our control.
GhostNumber is not an emergency telecommunications service and must not be used for emergency calls such as 911 or 112.
GhostNumber and VIV CRYSTAL SRL are not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, call failures, lost numbers, lost business opportunities or data loss resulting from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
